Dream House Magazine – Trip for Two to Poets Cove Resort & Spa Contest Rules & RegulationsAll entrants agree to comply with these rules: 1. To Enter: No Purchase Necessary. The contest runs from September 1, 2007 to December 31, 2007. To enter the contest by the subscription card provided in Dream House Magazine issues Sept/Oct ’07 and Nov/Dec ’07, fill out the required contact information and mail the card postage paid by Dream House Publications 2007 Ltd. to #106 – 873 Beatty Street, Vancouver, BC, V6B 2M6. To enter the contest by e-mail, send your contact information to subscribe@dreamhousemag.com including your name, address and phone number. To enter by hand written paper mail, send your contact information including name, address and phone number to Dream House Publications 2007 Ltd., Attn: Poets Cove Resort & Spa Contest; #106 – 873 Beatty Street, Vancouver, BC, V6B 2M6. Entries must be e-mailed/postmarked by the last day of the applicable contest month. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Internet entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the email account. Entries become the property of the magazine and will not be returned. Users may enter the contest a maximum of one time each month. 2. Drawing: On January 15, 2008 by midnight PST. A random drawing from all eligible entries received will be conducted by Dream House Publications 2007 Ltd. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received. One prize will be awarded. 3. Prize: One prize will be awarded consisting of two nights accommodation and signature spa treatments for two at Poets Cove Resort and Spa for the winner. Contest Availability: trip must be completed by December 31, 2008. Approximate prize value: $1.040.00 CDN. Subject to availability. Advance reservations required. 4. The Prize must be accepted as awarded, without substitution and cannot be converted to cash. Any additional costs incurred in collecting and using the Prize are the winner's and his/her guest's responsibility. 5. Eligibility: Competition is open to all Canadian residents who are of age of majority, according to the law of the province in which they reside. The contest is not open to Employees of Dream House Publications 2007 Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, sponsors, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same household of such employees are ineligible. Void where prohibited by law. Contest subject to all applicable provincial, federal, local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and accept decisions of Dream House Publications 2007 Ltd. as final. By entering any contest, entrant permits Dream House Publications 2007 Ltd.'s use of the data input into entrant's entry form for Dream House Publications 2007 Ltd.’s marketing and sales purposes. 6. To Claim Prize: Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or phone and will have to correctly answer, unaided, a time limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by a Dream House Publications 2007 Ltd. representative. All decisions of Dream House Publications 2007 Ltd. representatives are final. The winner may be required to, and if ever asked, hereby agrees to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, prior to the issuance of trip documents. Winner's guest (s), if any, must be 18 or older or an immediate family member, and may be required to, and if ever asked, hereby agrees to execute a Liability Release and, a Publicity Release prior to the issuance of trip documents. 7.
